Santa Claus Parade

Santa's Coming to Coby - Sunday Dec 2, 2018. Parade starts at 1:30 pm. (floats meet at 12:30 at the Civitan Centre parking lot). Join Santa at the Legion after the parade for a kids party.

Please bring non-perishable food items to the parade for the Food Bank.

Muffin Drop-in

November 24th - Muffin Drop-in 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Hosted by the Hope United Church Women. Drop-in for a variety of tasty muffins, refreshments and some friendly visitiing. Bring a friend. 

This will be the last one for 2018 with the next one will be January 26, 2019.

Senior Citizens Bazaar & Luncheon

November 24th - Norland Area Senior Citizens Bazaar & Luncheon at the Norland School Hall Community Centre, 3448 Monck Road, Norland - 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. There will be a bake table, a draw table, gently used table, try your luck table and a craft table.

Lunch served from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm $6.00.

Norland Summer Festival Meeting

Tuesday November 13th - Meeting to discuss plans for the 2019 Norland Summer Festival at the Norland School Hall Community Centre, 3448 Monck Road, Norland. If you are interested in volunteering to help out with this event we would love to have you join us at the meeting.

Silent Auction

November 24th - Silent Auction, Bake Sale, Christmas Social, Complimentary Refreshments at the Coboconk Train Station on Saturday 1pm to 4 pm. 

Bring your family, friends & neighbours and get a head start on your Christmas shopping. Many interesting items have been donated for this event. Volunteers and donations welcome.

Bells of Peace

Bells of Peace-100th anniversary of WW1 with the ringing of 100 bells. Rememberance Day Service at Christ Church 4 pm. Ringing of the bells start at 4:51.

Remembrance Day Service

Remembrance Day Service at Norland School Hall Community Centre, 3448 Monck Rd. Norland. Lunch will be served after the service at the Pioneer Baptist Church, 7553 Hwy 35 Norland

Christmas Craft Workshop

Workshop to make 2 felt Christmas decorations. Hosted by the Victoria East Women's Institute. Bag lunch. Refreshments will be supplied. All material will be supplied. Cost $15:00. Location at Norland Schol Hall Community Centre, 3448 Monck Road, Norland

Community Dinner at Pioneer Baptist Church,, 7553 Hwy 35 from 5 pm to 6:30 pm

Free Family Movie Night

Join us for a free family movie night. Sponsored by the Norland School Hall Volunteer Management Comittee. Presentation at the Hope United Church Hall, 7521 Hwy 35. Hot dogs, popcorn and refreshments available.
